Misc.
White light solar filter to fit 8" Orion Telescope
Every effort is made to have the above equipment available at all times.
You are also welcome to bring your own equipment, however, this is done so
at your own risk.
Remember no matter how late into the night you want to observe we
will not leave you to struggle with unfamiliar equipment.
Guidance
Basic training on the use of all equipment will be provided.
If you are completely new to astronomy we can take you through the basics
of recognising constellations to the location of planets and deep sky objects
Nor will we restrict the equipment you can use due to a lack of experience.
Tour the Universe
Take a guided tour of the heavens. We will tell you the story of how ancient
civilizations named the constellations. Using the 16 inch telescope we can
take you through the Solar System then far back in time as we go into the
depths of space.
